System Upgrade On Friday evening ( November 6, 2009) starting at 7 PM CST, we will begin upgrading our operating system. The system will be down until Saturday morning (November 7, 2009) 9 AM CST. The following services will not be available during this upgrade: Call24, Net24, Bill Pay, ATM, and PIN transactions on our cards.

Fraud Alerts Phish/Vish Fraud

Credit & Debit Card Security Effective October 15, 2008, daily Spend and Transaction limits for Point-of-Sale, ACH, and Internet purchases will be placed on all of our cards. This change reduces SECU's liability if in the event fraudulent activity occurrs. See VISA Card Security for other card security details.

Check Holds Effective September 1, 2009: In order to better protect our membership from fraud, we have incorporated a 3 calendar day hold on all check deposits with the exception of Schlumberger checks and direct deposit funds. Check deposits at Shared Branch locations will be held 5 calendar days. Additional hold periods may be applied on 3rd party, out-of-town, and cashier's checks. Where holds are applicable, the first $500 of deposited check funds will be made available immediately. See Membership Agreement Disclosure "Funds Availability" for details.

Net24 Related
Net24 Service is available on a separate server from the HUB (SECU website). When the HUB is down, you may acess Net24 Service directly using https://summit-ol.com/secu/homebanking.

  • Every morning at 5:54 AM CST, Net24 Service is automatically taken down for a 5 minute server memory cache clearing, then service is restored.
  • Every Saturday evening beginning at 11:15 p.m. CST, Net24 Service will be down for 2 hours of maintenance.

VISA Cards Have your accounts MEMO'ed if plan to travel out-of-country (Use Net24 Service - Contact Us).

HUB & Maintenance (SECU Website)

  • Every Tuesday morning between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. CST, The HUB (website which SECU resides on) internal and external servers require mandatory maintenance. During this time our HUB website is unavailable.
